steps to reproduce:

- Tools - Options - - General 
  [x] Use dialogs

- Tools - Options - - Memory
  [x] Load during system startup

- windows system tray - oo quickstarter - context menu
  select "Open Document..."
  select "Cancel" from OO filepicker dialog

- oo crashes, see report

no crash if system dialog is ued instead

adding to oo 3.2.1 blockers

cd: Fixed. This is related to the hot fix for the crash with system dialogs.
This hot fix needs many more changes to have a context dependent solution for
every possible state. Hopefully this hot fix will solve all these possible
states now.
