Description soundandfury 2010-03-02 20:13:52 UTC
Currently, afaik, there's no way to automatically hyphenate text in shapes in
draw. The same goes for shapes and drawings in Impress. This can lead to really
ugly text formatting if shapes are used in conjunction with justified text
alignment. Therefore, I believe that auto-hyphenation would really improve the
quality of the drawings produced via draw and impress.

Thank you for your consideration!

You can add the hyphenation icon to a toolbar. You find it in the category "Options". Then when in text edit mode switch it on. You cannot set it in object mode (=green handles) but only in edit mode (=thick dash border).
