Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 110346
"unexpected error", crash after copy paste from doc to doc
Last modified: 2010-04-07 13:04:50 UTC
Hi, From http://bugs.debian.org/575109, more questions to the submitter directly please: --- snip --- When I copy text from a table of one of my document and copy it to the table of +an other document. OpenOffice.org will crash with an unexpected error. It will happen every time when I am working on a document. However it does not +crashes immediately after every copy paste action. --- snip --- and --- snip --- [...] Today I also tried the packages from download.openoffice.org and they have the same issue. I narrowed the issue down to the attached file. When I triple click the cell <A1.2.4> (the one under "Contactpersoon") and right click the mouse and left click copy and then move the mouse openoffice will crash. This happens every time even after I restart oowriter or the hole system. The bug may be related to the locale settings of the system. --- snip --- File will be attached

After first investigation I tend to say that this is a duplicate of issue 109284. I was not able to reproduce the crash when directly copying the mentioned content to clipboard (Checked with OOo 3.2 on SUSE 11 and Ubuntu 9.10), but then when pasting as RTF. We should keep an eye on this, when the appropriate CWS for 3.2.1 is ready.
Seems to be a dup. The crash when pasting does not occur in CWS sw321bf01 anymore. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 109284 ***
CLOSING DUPLICATE.
