Data> Sort> Options> Range contains column labels.
If I select a the whole sheet (upper left corner) when I am using [Freeze Panes]
(especially when I have selected [Range contains column labels] before), calc
should automatically check [Range contains column labels].

Range contains column labels should be checked by default.
