When trying to apply changes to the border of a table, the changes do not
apply instantly, sometimes only when the table is reselected. Screencast attached.

The issue can be reproduced if one opens this file:

In this case I essentially can't control table boundaries of the
table in the fourth slide at all.

Which office version are you using? Is this an original version or from some
distributor?

I was using the default build of OOffice on Ubuntu Karmic, version 3.1, I think.

The launchpad bug report has all the specifications:

Now in my laptop I was trying to reproduce the issue and the presentation
application halted.

Is this reproducible with the original version from OOo? Please add a detailed
step by step description.
