When exporting an XY scatter plot with a large number of data series (10 or so)
to .xls format, the data markers for some of the series appear nearly invisible
in Microsoft Excel (very tiny lines).  This is not a major problem if points and
lines are turned on, but if the chart is a "points only" type it can be very
difficult to locate the data points and edit the data markers
