Should the EPUB export get implemented, I suggest similar form to be displayed
as with PDF, with some conversion options available.
According to this great guide http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/52 

one of them (enabled by default) should be the "Unify fonts used".

If enabled, all fonts used in document should get replaced with only one font
during export processing (but NOT in the originating document).
