Description cs2010 2010-04-30 15:09:04 UTC
Calc has the very useful feature of highlighting referenced cells and associated
formula content in color when editing a formula.

However, I have found that the color highlighting only works if the cells are
un-named. With named cells, the highlighting doesn't work.
It seems to be a pretty strange decision to disable such a great feature just
because cell naming is used. Excel highlights cells whether or not names are used.
