I can't reproduce it on Vista, neither in 3.2 nor in DEV300m77.
I also installed the Leftist Mono Serif font which is used in the document.
No loop.
Comment 3 andreschnabel 2010-05-01 17:57:40 UTC
confirmed on Kubuntu, using DEV300m77

the document hangs right after loading. If I force a font substitution to an
existing font, the problem goes away.

Hi jrahemipour, *,
I can confirm this issue with OOO320m16 under Debian SID AMD64. The soffice
process uses nearly 50 percent of the processor ... :(
HTH
Thomas.

OOo 3.0.1 and OOo320m16 crash too.
Comment 6 eric.savary 2010-05-01 18:22:45 UTC
Facing so many confirmations ;) I had to play a little bit more with the doc and
yes, I can reproduce it when defining Page 2 as Landscape.

For those who can load the document (Rainer?) can you try to surround the
problem reducing the document content and see were it hurts so that we all have
something reproducible in any situation?

I'll try to surround it too...

Thanx!

@OD:
- Load attached (yet to come) stripped down document
If if it doesn't loop for you on load:
- Change the page orientation to landcape
-> loop

Interesting: the document contains a hidden frame which appears on a new page
when pressing Enter at the en of page 2.

Note: loops also in 2.4. -> Target 3.x
