The extension manager throws the following message if I try to install the
extension:

(com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException) {{Message = "duplicate
org.openoffice.Office.extension.SunPresentationMinimizer.OptimizerSettings in
file:///<installation
path>/program/../openoffice.org/3/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/dCmNk4_/sun-presentation-minimizer.oxt/registry/schema/org/openoffice/Office/extensions/SunPresentationMinimizer.xcs",
Context = (com.sun.star.uno.XInterface) @0 }}

I have tested this by using an archive build of DEV300m77
I have seen this on jrahemipour's Windows system as well

downgraded prio because the extension does not affect OpenOffice.org itself
