Some characters used by Math need (better) hinting because they may get
stretched largely in width. Currently depending on the width they got stretched
those are visible or not.

Effect is visible with Formula objects embedded in Writer. See attached bug
document.

TL->IH: For widehat, widevec and widetilde please verify that the following
characters in the OpenSymbol font are properly hinted so that they won't become
invisible even if the got streched rather large in the width:
    MS_HAT          = (sal_Unicode) 0x0302,
    MS_TILDE        = (sal_Unicode) 0x0303,
    MS_VEC          = (sal_Unicode) 0x20D7,
