When you have created a form with a multiline text widget you cannot use the
Format >> Change Case feature to toggle the text to either upper or lower case.
 I understand that this feature is designed for the regular Write canvas, but
it's not grayed out when the user selects the text and they perceive that it
should work.

Preference is that it would work as expected if they highlight text.

MRU->OS: I guess that this feature is not designed for use in Controls. Please
have a look in the code, whether the UI should be disabled or the non-working
feature is the bug.

I've also noticed that when you go into form design mode and launch the control
window for properties of a text box and go to the "Font Effects" tab under the
font properties the "Effects" properties are missing where it allows you to
change the case of the fonts. See attached screen shot...
