the fix for issue #111144 also should fix this issue ( but there are currently
still remaining problems with the fix )

the problems above mainly refer to some of the testcode above which acts on a
new workbook created via Workbooks.add, unfortunately in this scenario it is not
possible to find the Document Module parent ( either sheet or workbook ) for
some objects, this is due to the fact the new 'Workbook' is really a calc
document and actually doesn't have any of the special 'Document' modules :-(
