When using "lignes de cote" (no idea how to translate it in english. "dimension
lines" maybe?) in Draw 3.2.1rc1, copy & paste breaks the arrows. I will attach a
document to illustrate the problem.

Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.2.1 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[OOO320m16 (Build 9497)]". Additionally unit will be lost.

I see this as a show stopper for 3.2., gut other issues related to this problem
have TM 3.3.

Reated to Issue 111276, Issue 111274? I see this one as a DUP of Issue 111276
