The following scenario fails:

OS: Windows Vista
OOo 3.2.0 is installed (ooo320 m12)
You want to install OOo 3.2.1 (ooo320 m17)
Change the installation directory of the OOo 3.2.1. Default is the installation
path of the OOo 3.2.0
-> The Windows Installer crashes directly after starting the installation process.

Hm, the problem does not always occur, only sometimes. Some Major Upgrade
processes are successful.

I clean up the open issues for OOo 3.2.1. This release is final and released. Is
this issue still valid? Is something missing or can this issue be closed? Please
do so or change the target of this issue accordingly.

We haven't been able to track down a valid environment to test.
