The soffice.bin in <OFFICE_INSTALL>/.../program could be renamed to
soffice.bin.exe, then OOo could be started by double clicking this new renamed
exe file. And we could directly start the soffice.bin.exe to debug without
attaching it every time in VC++ 2008. It worked well on DEV300_m73, but got a
error message box "The application cannot be started.\n The user interface
language cannot be determined." on DEV300_m77.

@ cd: Renaming soffice.bin is a valid environment? I doubt. Looks like a
duplicate to issue 110720.
