When I right  click on my deskstop and select new and select OpenDocument Text 
and create a new file.  The autospell check and spelling and gramar check does 
not work.  

When I select check spelling and gramar icon the spell check opion box opens 
but the language text is blank and a dailog box opens continue checking at 
begining of document.  I select yes and it does not find any mispelled words.

If I create a doc using the new icon and paste the above text it auto spell 
check and find the errors.
