When I merge cells vertically in the table of "Impress",I can't narrow the
height of unmerged cell any more.

=========================================================================
The versions in which I found the issue are below.
    OpenOffice.org Ver3.2.0 Ver3.2.1   Impress Japanese edition
    OpenOffice.org Portable Ver3.2.0   Impress English edition 
    Platform:Hp-Compaq, Dell, Sony, and other
              O/S  Windows Xp Professional SP3

The issue happens in the case of below conditions. 
   1. merging cells vertically including the top row 
   2. several lines in a merged cell
   3. more lines in the merged cells than ones in the bottom row
       which is included the merged cells

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
