page size not correct shown

A writer text with 192 pages and some external pictures is opened. When a second window is opened using "window, new window" this is shown with incorrect paper size informations in the status lines left and top of the page. The page which is in fact 21cm width now shows 42cm. Same problem with height. See the pictures. Memory seems to be low. Dreamweaver tells this. Memory usage can be seen from the windows task manager.

NOT reproducible with a self created 352 pages document and "Ooo-Dev 3.3 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [DEV300m84 (Build 9512)]" I see this as an UI problem. Document contents looks fine, but UI shows wrong paper size information. @matthias007: Please contribute a step by step instruction how to reproduce that problem "from the scratch" with an own document or contribute a test document. If you only can reproduce that problem with a confidential document, you can send it to me by email.
MRU->OS: can confirm this, but not in the extreme manner as from the screenshot. Take the "HymnsDocument" from the internal Bugdoc server (ask me for location if needed). Window.NEw Window and see that the ruler shows only 25 cm page width instead of 27 in the original view. I tried with newly created document, but I failed to reproduce.
For me this looks like the metric unit changes from cm to pica. This should be reflected in the context menu of the ruler. I just don't understand why this happens.

as can be seen the error is still there and it differs. Now no pica problem to see. But also this pica problem cannot be explained easily because I did not go into the menue to explicitly change to pica. Its not easy to change by accident both width and height. Even with a mouse click its not possible to get this by accident. As you can see a just normal text on a 21cm sheet shows as 21cm, as a little less than 21cm (19 not shown) and also shows as less than 18cm. How is this possible?
