error in Find & Replace
Last modified: 2013-01-29 21:40:36 UTC
1. Enter "ABD" in cell A1 2. Select only this cell 3. Find & Replace 4. Search for : D Replacve with : C 5. Select more Options 6. Select Current selection only 7. if you now search the string, the errormessage "Search key not found" appears. If you select several cells, all is ok
Works here. How did you select "only this cell"? Just clicking on a cell does not select it. One way to do it is to press shift and then click.

Keep A1 selected 10. Click on Find again : Search key not found Other case : 1. Enter ABC in cell A1 2. Select A1 (just click on A1, not maj+click) 3. Find & Replace 4. Search for C 5. Find all 6. A1 selected, ok 7. Find : Search key not found (with "current selection only" checked or not) Best regards
