1.Tried update from click during use of application
OpenOffice.org_3.2.1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe has been downloaded to
C:\Users\m\Desktop.

Result 16 bit M-DOS Subsystem

C:\Users\m\Desktop\OPENOF'tilde'1.EXE
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction
CS:11fa IP:0245 OP:63 75 6e Choose 'Close' to terminate application

Repeatable error

2. Downloaded update from your site
OOo_3.2.1_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-GB.exe

does unpack OK

setup type complete

no start link on desktop

Does Visual unpack seemingly OK then stops 'Please exit OO 3.2 and the OO 3.2
Quickstarter before you continue. If you are using multi-user system also ensure
that no other user has OO 3.2 open

Hit OK Wizard finishes

Totally repeatable nothing else running 'apparently'

my faull raised 2 errors on same report - keep open second one regarding your
site download in GB

...and you really exited the quick starter application (you find it in the
system tray) ?

there was no quick start app loaded

I went as far as looking in tasks manager and saw no obvious OO application name
loaded

please confirm task/process names I should be looking for

btw am using Vista in French

which plattform?
32 bit or 64 bit?

beleve 32 bit (did not see option on download)

neither did I see verify option
