Install OOO330m1, go to the extension manager. Try to turn off or remove a
shared dictionary. There are no buttons for "turn off" or "remove" when you
select the shared extension in the extension manager.

[OOO300_m1 on WinXP]

I've added and removed the shared extension "Français: Dictionnaire «Moderne»,
Synonymes et Césures.3.7". 
That works.

Please differentiate by bundled, shared and user extensions.

This feature has been integrated by cws jl152. The issues are: issue 77196 and
issue 112404.
Extensions that are installed by the setup/OOo installation can't be removed by
the extension manager.
What has to be done: These extensions should not show up in extension manager.

According to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Setup_-_Bundled_Extensions#Configuration a
bundled extension has to be visible in the extension manager if it has its
parameters dialog (?)

My previous comment is wrong (sorry). Options are available from
Tools/Options... (not only from the extension manager).

The 'extensions' can be removed by the setup or by uninstalling the packages.
