Found in OOO330m1. It's a regression from 3.2.1
Steps to reproduce:
- Extract attached sample docs.
- Open Test.ods and update links (push Yes button).
- Text Import dialog is shown. This happens every time you open the document.
Works fine in OOo 3.2.1 instead.

Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m84 (Build 9512)]", works fine with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build
9420)]".

I also believe that that is a problem for all OS, but currently I only checked
it with WIN XP. 

I also see the text import dialog when I use Menu 'Edit -> Links ... -> Update'

Also reproduced with OOO330m1 under Linux/Ubuntu 8.04
Perhaps Kohei can say something about this problem, he knows well the csv filter
because he has modified it for OOo 3.3.

Fixed in CWS "calc57". If there are stored filter options, they are now
correctly used and saved again. The example file has no options, so you have to
select them once. If you save the file then, it can be updated without the dialog.
