Problem noticed with Text to Column feature with "Fixed Width" Option.

If a row have "Spaces before the data" and when the text to column feature is 
used with "Fixed width" option.
The data is not splitted into columns properly. Instead the data gets copied to 
the next column.

cell with spaces prefix is copied.
