This enhancement task will document the ongoing work in the renaissance project
to enhance the usability of the sidebar user interface. The sidebar elements in
impress are the slide pane on the left and the task pane on the right.

This enhancement focuses on the following

- easier open/close of the sidebar elements
- easier access to the panels in the task pane
- allow for more panels in the task pane, current 'accordion' solution already
is very crowded
