Description john_markiel 2010-08-25 17:43:55 UTC
1. Dual boot system I3 processor with either Windows 7 or XP Pro, 8GB Ram

2. OOo 3.2 and 3.2.1 open PDF files as hundreds to thousands of garbage pages.
Documents created with IE8, HP Scanning, Acrobat 7, and OOo 3.2.1 all act the
same way.

3. Using a Toshiba Qosmio 15 Pentium M 1GB Ram; OOo 3.2 can open PDFs it
created, however, picture cropping is lost while the PDF looks good in Acrobat
7. OOo 3.2 can also open some PDFs created by IE8 or HP scanning but not
consistently. Some open but others are many pages of garbage. I have not
tried OOo 3.2.1 on this system.

Not a P2.
Please attach such a PDF document and describe exactly what is missing.
Make sure you are try the last version of the PDF import extension.

Reassigning to the corresponding component.
