The new slide sorter (integrated into DEV300 m87) shows a button on the slide
previews for starting the slide show from that slide.  At the moment it starts
the slide show from the current page, not the page under the mouse.

The first slide to show is correctly set (as property "FirstPage" in a call to
startWithArguments()) but is ignored unless SdOption StartWithActualPage is set
to false.

Fixed by temporarily resetting the StartWithActualPage property.
