The Wiki Publisher extension[1] cannot login users with valid credentials when
the Wiki engine is MediaWiki >= 1.16 (works with 1.15.1).

This is rather critical because sites like Wikipedia are already using this
MediaWiki version.

Tested on Windows only with OOo330m6.

The problem was that the login requires the login token to be sent. Fixed in cws
fwk159, the login token is now sent in case there is any.

MD: Things have changed, resources are now available to work on this issue. So
this becomes a candidate for 3.3 now.
