What do you mean by "not exported"? In case your problem is that no field is
created for the index entries, then that will be fixed by Issue 113532.

You're right!
The "fields" that mark the index entries are not exported.
You can't edit/update the alphabetic index.

@vmiklos: I didn't find any task in your CWS mentioning explicitly "index
entries export". Either you can set the current issue as duplicate of an other
one or you could add it to your CWS.

@es: I can't confirm the bug from its current description, that's why I wrote
the "if the problem is" part.

Exporting fields are in general improved as the rtf export in the mentioned cws
uses the field export from the ww8 exporter, that's why you didn't see any
explicit mention of the index export in the cws.

I hope this makes the situation a bit more clear.
