If I export a presentation to pdf and I include notes pages, external links are
broken.  Instead of http://www.externalsite.com/ they become local references to
the directory containing the pdf, e.g. file://home/user/pdflocation.  There is
an export option under the links tab, Export links relative to file system, but
I am not using that.

Added data loss keyword, as data is unexpectedly lost in exported file
