Now new row added after another accepts its formatting.
Except first. Adding row before and after accept formatting of first row.

Always for me this is uncomfortably, because I need clear formatting for rows
which I added before first row.

May be useful to apply default formatting for this row?

Table with 2 rows in different styles:
Highlight row1 and Insert Rows -> new row above with style of row1
Highlight row2 and Insert Rows -> new row above with style of row1

Logic is that highlighted row will dictate the style of new row.
i.e. 
Highlight row2 and Insert Rows -> new row above with style of row2
