Affected autotests: export_graphics_a.bas/export_graphics_b.bas, possibly others

The attached document freezes the office, usually directly or in rare cases when
opening the export dialog.

I can reproduce the issue on RHEL 6.0 Beta 2, OEL 5.4 and OEL 5.5

set target to 3.x since not release relevant for 3.4.
