my gui (X11/gnome/sawfish) completely crashed when I scrolled through this
document (http://atlas.et.tudelft.nl/~marten58/pictures_document.doc). The first
few pages were ok, but then, blackness, click-click (monitor doing resolution
change) and there was the gdm login prompt again.

I later observed the same behaviour when creating a new document, that had some
.gif images in it.

Not reproducable in KDE 3.1.1 with OOo 1.0.3.
