better defaults for impress & draw .. Graphics/Fonts/Settings

Paste pics from web:

    url placeholder look really ugly and trashes the view ->

   1. the url text should not be shown, but only the graphic
   2. the url text should be shown by hovering over the graphics (tiphelp)
