Open template dialog.
Switch preview to "Preview".
Click on an template.
The Preview window shows the toolbars of the modul, see attached screenshot.

There had been an similar bug already in issue 62436.

I see the error in DEV300m94 but not in OOO3.3RC7

Checked and verified in cws fwk167 -> OK !
