When this Microsoft word .doc file is opened it is formatted/displayed incorrectly 
and can't be corrected by editing.

How can I upload this file?

This problem is already known. In your documents, some not-already-implemented
features in OO Writer add to themselves to this import inconsistency.
See issue 30523 (Writers frames cannot be grouped); issue 5713 (tables, graphics
object canot be content in drawing text boxes), issue 11490.
