i noticed, datapilot will fail with an error 
if the data cellrange contains an empty field name.

this is a regression to oo 3.2.1
oo 3.2.1 ignored the empty column ...

oo3.4m96 shows same behaviour

i will attach a sample spreadsheet (created with oo 3.2)

steps to reproduce:

- open spreadsheet
- refresh datapilot

for empty rows there is an option "IgnoreEmptyRows", so introducing an option
"IgnoreEmptyColumns" could be a solution for this issue too.
But please have a look at http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=76297

Fixed in CWS calc66.
Behavior is like in 3.2 again: Columns with empty header rows are left out in the dialogs.
