On the french canadian keyboard, when I use the key for " " (parenthesis) I get 
the following characters "«»" and I can't find the key for the parenthesis. The 
same problem exists for all the programs in OpenOffice.org. In the writer I can 
use Insert special character and get the parenthesis, but in the spreadsheet, the 
« symbol comes up.
