If you create a chart and afterwards you wanna add a description by right-click 
and hit "description" the description will change the size of the chart. I have a 
scientific chart with biomechanical content. So it's very large and neccesary to 
have the right size. But with the description tool as it is right now it's not 
possible. Because the description takes too much space.
So better would be if the description doesn't change the size of the chart and 
just well be like attached to the chart. But in a way that in still is moved along 
with the chart as the chart itself is moved.

Cannot reproduce using my own sample Charts.
Please attach a short document containing your sample Chart where the problem
occurs. Thanks!

Ah, you talk about captions - not descriptions... this problem is already
tracked as issue 28258.
