Steps to reproduce:

1. Run testcase.vb
2. Run testcase.php (on Windows)
3. Open testcase_vb.pdf - one bold line
4. Open testcase_php.pdf - TWO (???) bold lines

testcase.vb and testcase.php are the same

false.
