Update Hunspell library to hunspell version 1.3.2

Please, update Hunspell library to version 1.3.0. This version contains several improvements especially for Dutch, German and other Germanic languages with extended compound word usage. The development was supported by OpenTaal Foundation and Dutch Language Union, see also http://sf.own- it.nl/wiki/opentaal/Wijzigingen_in_Hunspell_die_voor_ons_worden_gemaakt. tl->nemeth: We have to see when I (or someone else) actually get to implement the update since I have different assignments now.

nemeth->tl: Thanks for the information. Maybe it is simplier to add a patch like in the case of the hyphenator, so I attach one for the ooo/hunspell module. The hunspell/hunspell-1.3.patch seems big, but it mostly contains 15 thousand Hangul syllables for the command line tokenization of Hunspell. This code size changes doesn't effect of the run-time memory usage. nemeth->rene: when SF.net restores its services, we can fix it in the CVS and with a new release.

New patch attached for the Hunspell 1.3.1 update (now it contains the patch of the test files for the successful make check, too).
Adjusting summary, set mba and myself on c/c.
Please complete the integration, especially if OOo 3.4 is going to be released on the existing infrastructure after all. It would be a pity if the improvements sponsored by the Dutch Language Union would remain missing in OOo, while they are already integrated in LibreOffice 3.4.0. If there is something I can help with, testing for example, let me know.
Is anyone currently taking care of this issue? The Dutch spell checking dictionaries from the OpenTaal project already make use of the new features and so for proper support of Dutch in AOO it should include the newer version of Hunspell (currently 1.3.2) AFAIK LibreOffice has implemented a newer version of Hunspell already.

As 'tl' as owner isn't working on this issue by now I've change the issue owner to the default.

Checked in the hunspell tarball for version 1.3.2. SVN revision is 1358094.
