GetItemCount leads to interruption of some autotests if used under Windows 7

Server tiemout in the following tests

dba_rpt_PropertyBrowser.bas 
c_updt2.bas (testcase tToolsLanguageThesaurus)
g_line.bas

if a sleep is added after calling GetItemCount the test runs smooth
