ods file with bubble chart

Open attached ods file.

The upper bubble chart created with YYYY formatted data.
The data inserted as 01. January for every year. 
The X axis automatic value recognition  wrongly put 2010 and other years all doubled, put Major interval automatic values as 200. 
And consequently the Bubble values not over the dates.

If I use text formatted year values the bubble chart is correct, see chart below in file.

Date axis have been introduced for the category chart types, but not so far for xy or bubble charts. So this is not a bug, but could be seen as feature request.
I adjusted the summary accordingly.

I am trying to graph medical values and would like the date x-axis to show months. Reading this report (117213) understand why cannot get a date axis to show on xy charts. Not sure I understand why many axis related features are so messed up in Excel, QuattroPro and OpenOffice especially where user is providing scaling data.
Surely these are function calls? No? Sorry!

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
