I installed the install set[1] and the Japanese language pack[2] on my Vista machine.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

These versions are end-of-life status now

I don't see this bug on JA forum since AOO 4.x is available
Feel free to test with last build and report if still occurs
