A visually disabled user on the spanish community reports that his screen reader (Jaws 11) on Windows doesn't reads the text while it is being typed into a spreadsheet cell, it does so when pressing the Return key and also when selecting a cell, and there's no way he can read entered formulas.

¿Is there any way in which these things can be improved?

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
