sw/source/filter/xml/xmlitemm.cxx(66) : warning C4245: 'initializing' : conversion from 'int' to 'sal_uInt16', signed/unsigned mismatch

since dev300 m105, also in m106, plattform: wntmsci12

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
