Create a report with the report builder and include a chart.

Set a chart area other than "color" to the chart wall or chart area (gradient,
hatching, bitmaps some bitmaps working).
Run report, the finished report differ from preview settings.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
