The Sample File

I've created a file (with this same openoffice version), I've modified the file with Excel 2003 and I've tried to open the same file again. I'm not able to open the file.
Openoffice freezes and after a while I cannot see cells or the excel sheet inside my own environment.
I've attached the same XLS file so you may do some tests with it (there're data written in Italian, by the way it's not important the data itself, it's just a problem with the sheet when I try to open it.)

If I try to open the same file with Excel again I've no problem with it

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

File opens with null sheet 3/2.
Click View-Navigator
Double click sheets from Navigator window and select "Foglio3" to display data.
(Alternatively right-click on Foglia3 Sheet displays data.)

OO stable after 1 hour of file open.

Attachment can not be opened with Rev. 1491860 Win 7.
Unless Foglio3 sheet is clicked, but then entering data causes crash.
