Dear Sir,

I found that whenever I type a double quotation mark in Chinese Office 3.3 Writer, the character will be changed into a Chinese close quotation mark.

May you please kindly check if there is a problem?

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
