I understand that prior to R3.1, the slides were printed with frames in presentation handouts.  Since 3.1 they have not.  Regardless of whether or not this is an unresolved bug, there should be an option available to choose whether or not the slides in handouts should be printed with or without frames.  I have been unable to find any such option in the current release.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
